Out of the Sand is a family owned and operated business in Delaware. They focus on building a sense of community. The venue, all though focusing on golf, offers a wide variety of other sports and activities. For sporting activities, they charge $15 for a half hour and $25 for a full hour. When it comes down to the golf side of things, they charge $25 for a half hour session and $45 for a full hour. The simulator features over 40 professional golf courses. The half-hour sessions get you nine holes and a full hour is eighteen. In the event more than one person is playing you need to account for an hour per player for the full eighteen holes.
